New Clients:
To inquire about scheduling a new appointment or starting counseling services, please complete the information form below. You’ll be added to our “Inquiries” list and we will reach out to you.
Existing Clients:
Existing clients can change, cancel, or reschedule an appointment by using our Client Portal. Access the portal by clicking the button below or in the site menu.
The Office
New Chapter Counseling is located inside Fox Valley Counseling & Diagnostics in Neenah, WI.
If you would prefer to meet virtually, I also offer professional counseling services via telehealth (HIPAA-compliant, video-based counseling accessible via smartphone or computer). Some client concerns and circumstances are not appropriate for telehealth treatment. This will be discussed during your intake appointment.
